Dr Hancock is the best and even though I do not look forward to this visit, she makes me feel somewhat at ease, which in my opinion is almost impossible to do. I appreciate her and her team being so kind and understanding. Dr Hancock has the greatest bedside manners, and treats me like a patient not a number and that means the most to me.
