The provider was great, but the office was running about an hour behind schedule. Which was frustrating after being asked to arrive 15 minutes early.
Office and rooming staff were friendly creating a welcoming environment. Dr. Wiatros was also very personable and knowledgeable.
Dr. Wiatros listened wonderfully and addressed all my questions. She was empathetic and gave me her honest opinion and provided the best care I could ask for as a patient.

Smooth process. Everyone was professional and kind.
I came in concerned about an urgent care appointment from the prior week so I had a ton of questions. She answered everything in great detail making sure that I understood everything as well. She's super kind and genuinely cares about her patients and I couldn't be more grateful!
I was informed, she was nice, helpful, professional, comforting.
Dr. Wiatros took the time to really listen to my daughter's needs. She helped alleviate any nerves she had and helped us come up with a game plan moving forward.
All staff that I interacted with were kind and very knowledgeable. Wait time was quite a bit longer than normal, appointment scheduled for 2:15 but did not see Dr. Wiatros until 3:15.
