The ladies at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Dr. Payton's assistant was so kind and I enjoyed talking with her. Dr. Payton was friendly, she gave me eye contact, and several times during the visit she asked me if I had any questions. She explained to me while she was on her laptop that she was taking her own notes for future visits while keeping me engaged in a conversation. During the entire visit, she made me feel comfortable and heard. She answered all my questions with explanations backed by research. I would highly recommend her to my family and friends.
