Nurse Winnie was welcoming, very knowledgeable, and professional. This was our first meeting and my first visit with the medical practice. Prior to my pelvic exam, she listened to my concerns regarding my host of post-menopausal symptoms, reviewed the trended lab work I brought in, and put me at ease. I recall she sanitized her hands prior to my physical exam (thank you). I appreciate that she heard me, used the data from her exam, my lab records, and my self-reporting to have an informative conversation with me and partner with me to implement a course of action I desired based on my own research, but that was now informed by her professional expertise.
