From the moment I walled in the door I felt welcomed, the entire staff was so friendly, attentive, and kind. Dr Zylman was phenomenal. As a new patient, she spent the time to actually listen to me and my concerns on my medical situation and put a plan on place to attempt get me on a path of healing. Highly recommend.

The only issue was I wasn't taken back for my appointment until 26 minutes late. Dr Z takes her time with you, not looking at her watch continuously. I've her for years and keep coming back.

She was very down to earth and she respected me. I thought the doctor took a great deal of time. I was extremely anxious and felt I waited a little to undress and sit there but she was great when she came back in. Charlene might be one of the nicest office staff members I have ever met.
