Dr. Yu Lee is excellent.
Dr. Lee listened to me when I asked for recommendations or had a few questions. She provided solutions and recommendations needed. I did not feel rushed either. Great doctor.

I had a positive experience with Dr. Lee and the nurse and would rate that part of the experience 5 stars. However, although I completed the paperwork in advance of the appointment, including an upload of my insurance card, I was still asked to fill out the information again when checking in. The wait time was long, and I was called back for an exam 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Lastly, I received so many text messages in regard to my appointment. I appreciate communication but many of the texts were in regards to completing paperwork ahead of time which did not save any time at the office since the portal did not work as intended. I would also not recommend sending text messages that are a heads up to check email. It feels like overkill.
The doctor and her staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable.

Dr. Yu Lee is incredibly kind and attentive. She listened carefully, answered all my questions, and she makes me feel at ease throughout my visit. I've never felt more comfortable discussing my health concerns. Her nurse is always very courteous. I have been a patient of hers for many years and I would highly recommend her as your gynecologist.
