Gwen Webster, MD

Dr. Webster attended the University of Texas at Austin, where she received a bachelor of arts in biochemistry with honors. She moved to Dallas to attend the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Parkland Memorial Hospital. She joined Plano Healthcare for Women in 2001 and became a partner in 2003.

Scope of Practice

General obstetrics and gynecology. Dr. Webster has a special interest in adolescent gynecology and high-risk obstetrics.

Hospital Involvement

Dr. Webster joined the staff of Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Plano in 2001. Since then, she has been a member of various committees including OB/Gyn Peer Review Committee and Clinical Risk Review Committee. As well, she has served in various positions including Chairman of the OB/Gyn department, President of the medical board and medical director of OBGYN

Family Life

Dr. Webster and her husband, Craig, live in Plano with their three daughters, Allison and twins Megan and Rebecca. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, participating in sports, long distance running, reading, and playing the piano.
