Dr. Harper is great and took her time to build a proactive plan with me. My appt was at 8:30 am and I was not seen until after 9:15, but other than that - great experience.

Dr. Harper was incredible. She made me feel safe and calm. She is excellent at her job and I will be asking for her anytime I can!
Before my appointment, Dr. Harper had taken the time to thoroughly review my medical history and records from previous visits. During our discussion about my family's history of cancer, she recommended genetic testing and genetic counseling—resources I didn't even know were available and that had never been brought up before. That proactive approach made me feel truly cared for and gave me information that could have an important impact on my future health and my family's as well. I left the appointment feeling heard, informed, and empowered. It's clear that Dr. Harper is thoughtful, thorough, and genuinely invested in providing the best possible care for her patients. I highly recommend both Dr. Harper and this wonderful practice.

Dr.Harper listened to my concerns
Dr. Harper provides excellent care, but the practice is busy and my appointment started about 30 minutes past the scheduled time. Also, I did not receive the care summary after the appointment nor a refill of the medication I requested. I think this is more of an administrative problem or factor of being busy, not necessarily only a problem with Dr. Harper herself because I think she is a great doctor. For these reasons, I can't rate my overall experience as highly satisfactory.
As a previous patient of Dr Matthews, Dr Harper was assigned to me. She was EXCELLENT! I was very nervous and she was so pleasant nice comforting and helpful.
I give a 4 due to the long wait in waiting room.
