My appointment was delayed.
Everyone from the staff to the doctor were very nice and treated you like a human rather than a number. You don't always see this in medical offices anymore. Dr. Kaplan is friendly and made me feel at ease and addressed all of my questions and concerns. Follow up from staff for scheduling additional testing, appointments and prescription instructions was quick. Wait time was not too long. I left there very happy that I found this office for my GYN care.

Dr. Kaplan is so wonderful. She is patient and kind. Never making me feel rushed and always answers all questions and concerns. So nice to still have doctors make you feel like a person rather than a number.
Every single person on staff makes you feel welcome and comfortable, never like an inconvenience. Dr Kaplan is the most incredible doctor in the entire state. 11/10 She makes you feel like the only patient she has to see that day. You can tell she genuinely cares about you and your health. She is proactive, compassionate, and thorough.

While completing her residency in the Detroit area, Dr. Kaplan enjoyed being chief resident and worked to cultivate a productive learning environment for her residents. After her residency, Dr. Kaplan returned to her hometown of Wilmington, Ohio, where she worked in a private practice for five years. She developed a passion and enthusiasm for all aspects of obstetrics and gynecology. She loved serving the community where she was raised, but after several cold winters, she and her family decided to move south. Dr. Kaplan enjoys spending time with her husband and two small children. She enjoys exercising, the ocean, and getting to know her new home in St. Augustine.
