Just seeing Dr. Parritz for the first time and she was great.
She took her time to get to know me and explain my conditions in detail.
Two of my test results appeared to be outside of normal range, but it was noted that there were fine. I think it would have been nice to have had a phone call about them, just to make sure I understood why they were showing out of range but still deemed “normal”. Otherwise, Dr Parritz was great and answered all of the questions I had.
Dr and staff made sure I was comfortable during my appointment and was probably the best appointment I’ve had in years.

My nurse was great (I can’t recall her name, I want to say Kelly but I can’t remember) I was very nervous and began to cry and she was so kind, understanding, compassionate and patient. Dr. Parritz was also great. I hadn’t been to the doctor in 8 years. I chose her because of reviews I read online and I’m so glad I did. She was kind, calm, patient with my nervous ramblings, and thorough. I was so scared and she put me at ease. The nurse who took my blood was also fantastic. She was so fast, I actually couldn’t believe how quickly she three vials of blood. I hate needles. And I was so scared I was going to pass out. I barely felt it and it was quick.
Went through detailed descriptions of my options and the pros and cons of each. And I got a paper that she wrote down all my options on! No judgement was made on what I chose. She was very informative and professional!

I needed an iud removal but the strings were missing. The provider had pre-ordered special tools just for my procedure and it went perfectly.

I am forever grateful to them for encouraging me to follow my passion. As I’ve grown in my professional life, I’ve been able to form incredible bonds with my patients, walking with them through their journeys of hope and excitement and holding their hands through moments of heartache and despair. My job is complex and I have the rare privilege of being with my patients during their most intimate moments. I see each patient as unique and use each of their stories to help guide us through evidence-based care.
I chose to work with Oakdale OBGYN because of their commitment to excellent obstetric and gynecology care by applying the most recent literature and the newest surgical techniques.
My 2 children and my husband fill my life with laughter, hugs, (and good food). We keep ourselves busy by exploring our St. Paul neighborhood and by traveling far and wide to visit family. I spend my commuting time with audiobooks and I enjoy reading through a good cookbook and trying new exercise videos.
