This was my first appointment with Rachel, having previously been a patient at the Northbrook office. She was very friendly and professional. I felt positive about my transition to her at the downtown office and plan to see her regularly for ob/gyn and breast exams.

Dr. Rachel Tramonte-Small is literally the best. I look forward to our visits and every appointment is so thorough and personal. She is my favorite doctor and I appreciate all the care she continues to give me. Dr. Rachel Tramonte-Small is the best doctor I've ever had. I love making appointments with her because she answers all my questions very thoruoghly. I love all the advice she gives me and you can tell she really cares about her patients. I reccomend her all of the time because she truly is such a gem.

Rachel received her Bachelor of Science in Behavior & Health from Boston University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University School of Nursing, specializing in Women’s Health Gender-Related Care. She has 2.5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse at Northwestern Medicine Prentice Women’s Hospital in the Labor & Delivery unit and brings that knowledge and experience to the clinical setting. She enjoys educating patients and collaborating with them to address their obstetric and gynecological needs throughout the lifespan.

When she’s not in the office, Rachel enjoys vegetarian cooking, exercising, the outdoors, and spending time with her husband and their dog, Chickpea!
