This was my second procedure with Paul. I have been so impressed with his knowledge and treatment plan that he has put in place for me. I'm definitely seeing results in my melasma, skin texture, wrinkles and skin laxity. He is always professional and listens to what my skin care goals are as well as explaining what can be accomplished with different procedures. I think the single best thing would be disappearance of brown spots.

You may also review our extensive collection of before and after pictures, demonstrating results obtained by Dr. Stagnone in a variety of cosmetic surgery procedures. We will listen specifically to your requests. Unless asked, we generally will not suggest procedures, respecting the fact that each individual has unique desires. As you prepare for surgery, we will prepare an extensive computer generated information pack specifically designed for your upcoming procedure. This will explain the best preparation and the main factors which must be considered before you commit to cosmetic surgery.

We maintain an AAAASF accredited surgical suite, equipped like a hospital operating room with the privacy and ease of an office setting, offering full general anesthesia for more complex procedures as well as sedation and local anesthesia for other procedures. We enjoy a strong relationship with some of the finest hospitals in the Metroplex, offering overnight and extended post-operative stays if medically advisable. This is ideal for our out of town patients as well as those with little post-operative help or those desiring a more private recovery. We can also arrange your stay at a variety of hotels within minutes of our facility and arrange an overnight “sitter,” if desired as well as postoperative stays at The Plastic Surgery Center of Dallas.
In addition to the full gamut of plastic surgical procedures of the face, breast and body, we offer many rejuvenative procedures which are nonsurgical. These include Laser Hair Removal, and Laser Spider Vein treatments. Our skin care program includes microdermabrasion and office peels that WILL improve your skin as well as a full line of affordable yet powerful home skin care products available only through physicians. We also provide Botox®, Restylane® and Collagen treatments for fine facial lines, in addition to laser treatments for wrinkles.
