Dr. Starr received her Undergraduate Degree from Loyala University in Chicago, IL and her Medical Degree from The University of Illionis College of Medicine. She completed her OB/GYN Residency at Winnie Palmer Medical Center located in Orlando, Florida. Dr Starr joined Obstetrics and Gynecology Associates in 2013. She was born in Londrina, Parana, Brazil and is a devoted mother who enjoys spending time with her husband and her two children. Although her primary language is English, Dr. Starr is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish.
