The procedure was conducted quickly with as little discomfort as possible.
Everyone on the staff is always pleasant and extremely helpful with explaining any information that I need. This time was just as good! My child was also shown extra friendly treatment both in the waiting area and cafeteria where she & my husband were during my treatment. We very much appreciate everyone at our local hospital!
The staff and Dr. Rooks are extremely helpful, nice, and talented. There is no rushing patients in and out. When engaged with either one, all attention is focused on what is wrong, cause/effect, lifestyle, how to best fix issue and truly caring for the patient. Some other local doctors visited seemed like I was just a number and money tree. Not engagement other than iPads with staff members.
