We really appreciated how thorough and reassuring she was. We left the appointment feeling informed and satisfied with our visit. The system works great. The doctor was polite, professional, and answered all of my questions. However, this is a very sensitive subject for me, and I was expecting a little more warmth and empathy during the interaction. The experience felt somewhat transactional, although that may simply be because it was our first interaction. I will continue with process, so I'm in.

I felt the team there was really in tune with my experience and the specifics of my individual journey. I felt like when meeting with Dr. Mehta she had reviewed my file in advance so we could really have a meaningful conversation about my goals and hopes. I have gotten to speak to someone from the office almost every day which helps me to feel on track, supported and guided through what is a very overwhelming experience.
