Robin is highly personable, knowledgeable, kind, and doesn't seem rushed. Highly competent.
Dr. Robin was exceptional. The only reason I gave 4 stars is the care team lacks. Her rooming nurse was cold and awkward. Her front desk team lacked interest in greeting patients. I think that when patients arrive for personalized specialists care they should have a warm inviting experience and that is what the team lacked. Dr. Robin has that extra care and shows that, perhaps she could encourage that in the rest of her staff.
Dr. Prugno addressed all of my concerns. She listened and came up with a great plan. She is so knowledgeable. Great physician!!

She gives me her full attention whether in person or via telehealth. I know she is very busy with patients before and after me. As an Obstetrician & Gynecologist, I am able to partner with women for all the important moments of life. During the happiest of moments such as pregnancy & childbirth, I strive to provide top-quality care and support to ensure a healthy and happy pregnancy. This is less than 5% of a woman’s life, however. In all the other times, I seek to provide evidence-based knowledge about the issues that most families are not talking about in public spaces. I love shining light on shrouded topics such as abnormal bleeding, fibroids, birth control, hormonal issues, infertility, and menopause! I also enjoy the diversity in providing office-based care, in minimally-invasive procedures & surgery, and in labor & delivery. Overall, I am happy to be working with fantastic women all day long.
When I am not talking about women’s health issues, you can find me enjoying a cup of black coffee in the morning, bike-riding along the Minnesota trails and swimming at the lake with my two young children, or restaurant surfing around Minneapolis with my husband. As a Minnesota native, I love to call Minneapolis our home and support its amazing people!
