Well, I was having a problem that I didn't know how to explain, but when the pap smear was done she saw the problem right away.
From the front desk staff, phlebotomist to Dr. Li, everyone was so welcoming and friendly.

Dr. Li listened to me. She asked questions. I think her plan for my care represents a combination of what I need and what she recommends as my physician. The front desk staff and nurse were responsive as well.
