Gynecological Problem Visit

She ignored all my problems she told me there wasn't much she could do for me. She didn't even try to help me! I will never attend this office again currently looking for a new gynecologist ASAP

Gynecological Problem Visit

First of all Dr. Sabin walked in and introduced herself and said it was nice to meet me. I have seen her several times over the last 5+ years. She should have checked her records before walking in the room. Secondly, when she did my yearly exam, because I happened to be due, I mentioned that it hurt when she pressed on a spot on my stomach. She completely blew that off and didn't ask any questions or address the issue. It was the fastest yearly exam I have ever had. Thirdly and most importantly I came in due to UTI issues, which I believe have been caused due to vaginal atrophy. I have been on an estrogen cream for dryness issues already for two years now. I tried to explain my symptoms and all she said is that I needed to see an urologist. That this was not her area of expertise. Genitourinary syndrome of menopause is something she should be able to treat. She stood with her back to the door and could not wait to get out of there. My urine was tested in the office and it showed a UTI, but she said she would not prescribe any medicine until the results came back in 3 days. My appt was on a Monday. After three days I called in pain and asked for medication and was given it. My results were not received until late Friday. This was the worst experience I have had with a doctor. I will never see her again and may change a new practice all together. I would appreciate some kind of follow up from someone in the practice.
