Easy to schedule my appointment with Dr. Kent, upon my arrival the check in was quick and the wait time was just a few minutes. Dr. Kent as always, was prompt, professional, performed a good examination and listened to my symptoms then prescribed medications that were ready for me at Walgreens by the time I arrived there to pick up my prescriptions. Everyone was courteous, polite and professional. I trust Valley ENT and Dr. Kent with my healthcare.

Dr. Kent returned home to Arizona after completing residency in Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery at Loma Linda University in Southern California. During training, he learned how to perform the full breadth of ENT surgical procedures for children and adults including those involving thyroid, parathyroid, sinuses, voice, head and neck cancer, salivary glands, ears, tonsils etc. One of the highlights of residency was travelling to Cebu, Philippines on a volunteer mission to repair cleft lips and palates.
Importantly, he learned from his Loma Linda mentors to take care of the whole person and counsel patients based on their personal goals for treatment.
Before residency, Dr. Kent graduated from the University of Arizona in Tucson where he was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society. He did his undergraduate at BYU in Provo, Utah where he chose Spanish as his major and Korean as his minor.
He and his wife Danielle have 4 children. He enjoys spending nearly all his free time with them - especially when they can explore the outdoors together.
