I really felt like Shelley took a lot of time to listen to me and helped me tremendously
This was my first time meeting Ms. Reams. My initial appointment with Dr. Crouser was cancelled for some reason and when I rescheduled, it was with Ms. Reams. She was personable and made me feel comfortable. She was particularly gentle with the speculum, which I appreciated very much, as that it usually pretty uncomfortable for me.
My first ever female examination and I was very nervous. She explained the whole process and walked me through every step. She explained all her potential concerns and made sure I was ok with every step of the process.
She was so nice and made me feel very comfortable. Provided thorough education and I never felt rushed. She was amazing!
Shelley Reams was great. The aid who took my blood pressure and asked me why I was there for the visit, etc never made eye contact and was just clearly uninterested. It's embarrassing enough to come to the GYN with a problem but even more so when the young aid doesn't even treat me like a person.
The appointment was quick and efficient.
I was unable to see my normal gynecologist due to a scheduling conflict on my end. I was extremely pleasantly surprised by my treatment with Shelley Reams. In addition to being highly competent and thorough, her bedside manner completely put me at ease - she's an absolute delight, and I would gladly recommend Shelley for anyone looking for a new provider for annual exams.
