I only waited a couple of minutes in the waiting room. The person that took my blood pressure was very nice. Dr. Durstin came in the room about 5 minutes later. She explained what my options were and did not pressure me.

Dr. Durstin is great! She is personable and caring and makes me feel comfortable. She makes sure I feel heard and helps talk through anything I need advice and medical assistance with. She has been my doctor for almost two decades.
I was there last year and it was extremely busy including the doctor. This year I was there on Oct. 15th and I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth and fast everything went and Dr. Durstin took her time to explain things I was concerned about.
