I was very satisfied with my experience with the provider. However, I was roomed by a young man that was not wearing a name badge. It was unclear to me whether he was a nurse or what his expertise was. In any event, while he was personable -- and did nothing wrong, I was not comfortable sharing all of my menopause symptoms with him. I understand his role was to do intake; I just would not ever be comfortable sharing with a young man who I was unsure of his credentials.
Dr. Callahan was very thorough and informative.
Physician was very skilled, and great at communicating.
Friendly staff, short wait times, Dr. Callanan was personable and I felt she listened to me and engaged in genuine conversation. She was prepared and remembered details about our last visit. She connected with me in spite of her tight schedule.
Dr. Callanan takes the time that is necessary. Let's you know if she might be called out for a delivery, and is a very good communicator. She is quite through and discusses the issues you need to go over during the exam.

She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Beth Israel Hospital / Harvard Medical School, Boston Massachusetts.
She has had a strong interest in Women’s Health since beginning her studies in medicine. She has devoted herself to the care of her patients, from routine gynecologic issues and primary care to obstetrics and surgical care. She has certification in robotic-assisted laproscopic surgery and performs office-based surgical procedures as well. She has served in leadership roles including Department Chair, and she has been involved in evidence based initiatives to optimize hospital practices to improve patient outcomes.
She strives to take care of the whole person and tries to work together with her patients as a team to provide the best and most appropriate care.
She was raised in Roseville, Minnesota and has spent most of her life in MN. She met her husband, who is also a physician, in residency, and is a proud mother of two wonderful daughters. She has a passion for tennis and running and likes to live an active and healthy lifestyle. She loves the outdoors. She likes to make and enjoy good food.
