The DWC doctors, nurses, and staff are always so kind, friendly, and encouraging. We had a follow up after an ER visit. Sidney did a great job reassuring us that everything looked great with baby on the ultrasound and that all was as it should be. Dr. Carlson walked me through a thorough explanation of what was going on, why it was happening, and why certain medical terminology was used by the ER doctors. Her knowledge, confidence, and reassurance really helped to put my mind at ease.
She was up front on asking me if I had questions and told me what she would be doing.
