My normal provider was not available, so I saw Sue Holden for the procedure. She was very kind and asked if I had any questions before doing it. I did, and she answered them very respectfully, thoroughly, and without judgment. Her explanations and care made me feel very good about my decision.
Because I feel like she focused on how I was feeling and my issues instead of just focusing on the baby and then moving on to the next patient
Susan was extremely nice and answered all my questions! Glad to see that COVID protocols are getting better. My husband was able to come with me and that meant a lot!
Sue Holden is very well mannered and has a calming personality. My test was quick and painless, first time ever. Not even any cramping. I didn't get a call back though telling me everything was okay. They used to call me with any results, good or bad.
Easy front door parking. Friendly receptionist. Nurse was pleasant. Susan took time and answered concerns. I felt heard.
