After attending Skidmore College and The Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing, Suzanne was initially trained as an Emergency Department nurse in Philadelphia. There she learned how important it is to care for the whole person; the physical, emotional and social aspects. She continued her education to obtain her Masters of Science in Nursing from The University of Pennsylvania. Suzanne is a board certified Nurse-Midwife and Women's Health Nurse Practitioner.
