I have been a patient of Dr. Thomas Helm for forty years. He delivered both of my sons, and throughout four decades, he has never viewed me as just a patient, but as a whole person. He truly cares about all of me. Recently, his incredible thoroughness and attention to detail, I believe saved my life. He picked up a concern with a recent colonoscopy and immediately sent me to another specialist. Pre cancer was found and is being monitored. It was Thomas that kept me safe. He caught another mistake by another doctor and it was quickly corrected. Dr. Helm is kind, and an exceptional physician. I trust him completely with my life. Lucky me!

Dr. Helm completed his internship and residency at Saint Louis University Hospital, after earning his Doctor of Medicine degree from Saint Louis University School of Medicine and Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, from Fairfield University. He is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), and is certified to perform advanced cardiac life support.
