Tina was amazing! She took as much time as needed to listen and helped me connect things I hadn't even considered. She didn't rush to medicate but was willing to help me get to the source of my problem. She allowed me to be an active participant in my care while professionally guiding me. While in the waiting area the staff could be heard discussing myself and others. Some of their remarks and manners felt less than professional and slightly awkward to over hear. Since the appt I have made several attempts to ask questions via message and call with no response.
