Trish was as amazing as always - she listens really well, is happy to provide all the information you need, and answer questions. I imagine it's not easy repeating the same things constantly, so I appreciate that I'm never made to feel like I'm asking something silly or being a bother. I never feel rushed or dismissed by any of the staff at this office, everyone is so kind, and I feel so lucky that Trish is my provider. She's so understanding and patient, she very much cares about doing her job well.
