I was highly dissatisfied with the scheduling process/team. I scheduled my appointment back in August. However, when I arrived for my appointment on 15 Oct 2026, my appointment couldn't be found. Dr. Shetty was great. He was very calm and accommodating about the whole scheduling issue. During our interaction, he explained things in a way that a 5th grader could understand.
