Entire visit was smooth and comfortable. Dr. Shetty was easy to talk to and listened to my concerns. I was especially impressed when he waited a minute to walk me to the mammogram receptionist since he was going that direction as well. That's a whole different level of service than making me go to the main receptionist, walk around the building, navigate my own way. It reflects a sense of pride in work, respect for me as the patient and genuine concern for overall experience. Given I was there for almost 2 hours because I was asked to come in an hour earlier at 12:30 due to a scheduling change and then wasn't actually seen until my 1:30 appt time, I was appreciative of the kindness. Best part is he didn't even know my perspective on the timing. Showed me a glimpse of his character, especially in a doctor of this nature.

Everyone was really great and it was a much better experience for a first pregnancy visit. I really appreciated the time and care. The desk staff who scheduled the labs and follow-up appointments seemed a bit confused and I am hoping my appointments are scheduled correctly. Especially the lab work.

They were very nice, friendly, staff worked well between each other and working with a student who was well prepared.
The office was able to get me in same day and get me checked out for mastitis, got me antibiotics and took care of me! Dr. Shetty is knowledgeable, friendly and informative and helps me feel more understanding and at peace about my health. I prefer to see him.

I saw Dr. Shetty and he was very pleasant and friendly. He listened to all of my concerns and was willing to help as best he could. He gave great feedback on the concerns he could address and provided referrals where needed. Overall I had a wonderful experience. This was my first experience with Dr. Shetty and I felt heard and hopeful for some answers when my visit concluded.
