Mrs. Crawford took the time to talk to me. We talked about our lives, my exam and all my questions. It was nice to be with a doctor that didn’t make you feel they were rushed to get to the next patient.

Valerie is originally from Iowa. She is married to her high school sweetheart. They have two daughters. Prior to completing her Master’s degree and becoming a nurse practitioner, Valerie was a labor and delivery nurse. When not at work, she is usually spending time with her family. Valerie also serves as a board member of the PTO at her daughter’s elementary school and volunteers in the classroom. Valerie loves to cook and bake. She enjoys attending concerts and going to the theatre, as well as attending U of A sporting events.
