Love the staff here. Really disappointed that it's now an AI system so I don't hear back from a real person even after leaving a message. Even sent a message online & was stated to go to the ER but nobody called to inform me this.
Dr. Toodi listens to you and is highly skilled at her treatments. She is efficient, asks all the right questions and is responsive to your medical needs. She is also thorough in her care. I have been very happy with her care!
Dr. Brooks was thorough in taking my history. Once established with that info, she then gave me detailed information with up-to-date research about my situation. She patiently addressed my concerns. I did not feel rushed. I hope she doesn't retire soon!

Dr. Eisenberg was very efficient and kept up a running dialog, which was informative, but also helped distract from the procedure. That is good, because it can sometimes be uncomfortable.
Dr. Chen is the absolute best!
The office personnel was extremely friendly and helpful upon my arrival. Rebecca was very personable and made me feel extremely comfortable during the exam.
All went smooth, timely and everyone was pleasant.
Dr. Eisenberg was kind. Explained everything to me and called me afterward to check in and reiterate possible side effects. The woman who performed the nitrous oxide was so supportive and held my hand when things got rough. I truly appreciate them both for their nonjudgmental attitude. All very supportive!
Rebecca was very attentive, and understood my questions. She was very helpful. Also the wait time was very short.
