Valerie is a board-certified Women’s Health Care Nurse Practitioner. She completed both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing at Wayne State University. Valerie has 25 years of experience providing care to women and infants. She has worked in the neonatal, labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum units at Hutzel Hospital as well as various clinics throughout the city of Detroit.
With 17 years of experience as a nurse practitioner, Valerie is qualified to provide comprehensive, low-risk obstetrical and gynecological care, while also presenting patient education and promoting healthy behavior at Hutzel Women’s Health Specialists.
In her free time, Valerie enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, playing tennis, and practicing yoga.
