Thank you for taking time to ask questions. I did forget to check on a sample / coupon for the bonafine
I felt listened to and my condition was explained to me in a way so I could understand. I was also given a referral to Nourish and I am really excited to start.
I was scheduled to see Dr. Donlon at 10:00, but as I was waiting in the exam room I was told that she had to go across the street to deliver a baby. The nurse asked if I wanted to wait, reschedule or see another doctor. I agreed to wait. Dr. Donlon was still with the baby delivery at 10:45 ish so I agreed to see another doctor. I ended up seeing Dr. Schott and she was great. Maybe 4 stars because of the wait (and probably because I was nervous as a new patient and hadn't had an exam in a few years). Office staff, nurses and Dr. were very friendly and professional. I understand that babies don't respect anyone's time (joke). I appreciate the care I received.
Everyone was super kind and made me feel comfortable from the moment I was called back! Dr. Schott is very knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. Her positivity is contagious! She clearly explained each step of my first annual well woman exam-which calmed my nerves-and made sure I still felt at ease. I will definitely be referring her to family/friends.
Dr Schott always makes me feel comfortable and she's very kind & thorough. She made my entire pregnancy & postpartum experience incredible, and I tell everyone who asks that my experience wouldn't have been what it was without her!
She was professional but also shared my excitement for the procedure! It made the experience enjoyable as possible. Thank you for making this the smoothest procedure I've ever had.
She is a great listener and kind. She made me feel comfortable and safe.
Dr. Schott is the most caring, personable, and phenomenal physician I've ever met!
