I appreciated the kindness of staff, the cleanliness of the office, and Dr. Schott was thorough with my birth control options and told me take my time making a decision so I wasn't rushed into anything. I saw on my visit summary that my appointment was recorded by AI for note-taking, which I don't recall consenting to.
Dr. Schott is always so kind, supportive and informative. She provides clear direction and explains options while delivering the information in a calm and caring manner.
Very friendly staff! A bit of a wait time past appointment time- around 20 mins- doctor was so friendly very knowledgeable and answered my questions very clearly. New patient appointment and IUD removal. Going back in November for annual exam. Dr. Schott was so pleasant and easy to talk to. My situation is unique in that mobility is a challenge but she didn't seem nervous or timid- she was very focused on asking me what was best for me and let me lead the way so that I was comfortable. I felt very heard and seen and not at all rushed. She also took time to explain answers simply and clearly, repeating or rephrasing if I wasn't understanding. Very patient and I can tell she loves her job!

Her next stop brought her to Columbus to fulfill her residency at OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital. Dr. Schott enjoys exploring our local Metroparks, running, yoga, cooking and traveling in her spare time.
