Facility and staff are wonderful. The communication could be better. There is no way to get ahold of someone on the phone or get a phone call returned which is frustrating but someone did respond to my portal messages almost every time.

She was thorough and knowledgeable and kind.
We had a great visit with the fertility specialist. Our appointment was on Friday and during the week leading up to it I called the office 3 different days to go over what to expect, if lab work was needed, or if I needed to do anything to prepare for this initial fertility consult and no one returned my calls. I would speak to someone on the phone and they would tell me the person I needed to speak with was on the other line and would return my call and that never happened.
