The technician was extremely helpful and professional. She answered all of my questions and took the time to explain the process and procedures in a way that was easy for me to understand. She made me feel comfortable and reassured throughout the entire experience. I truly appreciated her patience, kindness, and professionalism, which made what can sometimes be an uncomfortable experience much easier.
