Dr. Schweizer completed a Bachelor’s degree in Science at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY, graduating in 1977. In 1979, he earned a Master’s degree in Public Health from Yale University in New Haven, CT. He earned his Doctor of Medicine at Stony Brook School of Medicine in Stony Brook, NY in 1983. Dr. Schweizer completed a residency in the department of ObGyn at New York University in 1987 and has decades of experience working with patients at Tisch and Bellevue Hospital.
Dr. Schweizer is excited to focus on the delivery of patient-centered, compassionate care. He is skilled in performing high risk obstetrical procedures, gynecologic surgery and routine well-woman care. Dr. Schweizer would welcome you as his patient at the Sharon office.
