Dr. Malayev seems up to date on current menopause protocol and is supportive of making adjustments to pursue greater HRT benefit. I enjoy that she shares her family history as it is an impactful story. I appreciate that she respects my "no students" in the room request and actually understands the reason. She is a very reasonable physician but is not shy about providing her expert opinion even if it conflicts with my request. She is very matter of fact about it but also respects patient autonomy.
