Dr Richardson was very attentive to my concerns and took the time to provide me with the information I need.
Staff was very courteous and knowledgeable; minimal paperwork; appointment was on time.
My main concern was that I had ringing in the ears and have noticed loss of hearing. The hearing test indicates that I would need hearing aids, but that was not really addressed by Dr. Richardson.
Dr. Richardson was honest about not needing to do a procedure for my son and explained that as of this time there was no real benefit to doing it.
I really respect all her knowledge and information. Thank you!
