Dr. Parry was really great. I was super nervous and he made me feel less anxious and really listened to me. He makes great eye contact (sometimes you don't get that from doctors, they're more in and out and you feel like just a number that has to be checked off the to do list) and asked great questions to try to understand my needs. Highly recommend!
Front office staff was cordial, wait times were fairly minimal. Dr. Parry listened to my concerns and was knowledgeable and thorough. He made sure my questions were answered and he had reviewed my medical history before the visit so I didn't have to repeat myself. I did have a prescription come through that we didn't discuss in the office. And I wasn't entirely clear on next steps for scheduling surgery as I was leaving my visit. The checkout staff seemed a bit annoyed that I had questions at that point.
Love Dr. Parry. He truly listens and values his patients time.
Dr. Parry explained everything and the surgery went well.
Dr. Parry made my anxiety go away. He made me laugh and created a safe space for me to express my concerns, and I felt his sincerity in how he spoke and reassured me that I would get better. I have not experienced such reassurance since living in America. I look forward to working with him and pray blessings on his way.
