Alaina is the best provider I have ever worked with in gynecology. She is so kind and patient, explaining everything thoroughly. I never feel rushed, or that she does not have enough time for me.
I appreciated the assistance I received at check-in, the staff was friendly and helpful.
What should have been a routine annual exam turned out to be anything but ordinary. I accidentally remembered my appointment at the exact time it was scheduled, so I quickly got in the car and arrived at the office within 15 minutes. From the moment I walked in, the office staff was warm, welcoming, understanding, and accommodating. Shortly after arriving, I was taken to the exam room, where I met with Dr. Alaina Wayland. It had been an incredibly stressful morning, and when she greeted me with such genuine compassion, I found myself overcome with emotion and began to cry. Rather than rushing through the appointment, Dr. Wayland patiently listened as I shared the tremendous emotional, mental, and physical stress I had been experiencing. She took the time to discuss several supportive options to help me manage my stress, but what meant the most was simply being heard. She listened attentively, gave me space to talk, and treated me with kindness and empathy throughout the visit. Despite my hectic and overwhelming morning, Dr. Wayland made this the best annual exam I have ever experienced. I highly recommend her for her exceptional bedside manner, which is warm, compassionate, receptive, and uplifting. I would also like to recognize the office staff for their outstanding service. They were equally warm, helpful, efficient, and supportive, helping to make a difficult day much easier.
