Alicia was knowledgeable about what this looks like as an older female. I was on the fence about Pelvic Floor Therapy, she shared how valuable it was, I followed through and am happy I did. I was going to cancel it! I am on bioidentical hormones and are often judged by traditional medicine providers, she embraced it and supported me. Beyond that I just felt listened to and at 68, sometimes you just get sort of brushed over. I was very grateful.
