Alinsod Institute for Vulvovaginal Surgery

I was satisfied with my experience because I believe Dr. Alinsod is uniquely qualified to treat women with both aesthetic concerns and vulvar pain conditions. His background treating pelvic pain patients, combined with his expertise in labiaplasty and cosmetic gynecology, makes him a rare combination for someone with vulvodynia. I appreciate that he is willing to think outside the box and help patients who are often turned away or told there are no options available. Throughout my experience, I found him to be knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely invested in helping his patients. I trust his clinical judgment and would not have wanted anyone else performing my procedure. His surgical techniques, technology, and overall approach are extremely advanced, and the office itself is beautiful and professional. The reason I selected 4 stars instead of 5 is not due to Dr. Alinsod’s medical care, but rather concerns regarding communication and patient coordination throughout the recovery process.

I was not rushed during consultation. I felt very heard and understood. Dr. Alinsod and staff were both very helpful and thorough in explaining everything from the beginning to post op aftercare. I am from out of town so I was a little concerned of how I would recover properly without being near the office if I had any major issues. However, they provided everything and more that I needed to recover at home with ease. I really appreciate how they went above and beyond for me.

Dr. Alinsod is a miracle doctor. I had severe vaginal atrophy from taking Tamoxifen for 5 years when 44. My suffering was miserable and no hope of an intimate relationship. I was miserable constantly. He was recommended to me by my gynecologist. I cannot believe how well I feel. Truly a miracle! And yes a sex life in my future! I also recommend Emsella to anyone with urinary incontinence, another miracle!
