Alyssa was very professional, and explained everything with great detail.
She is the kindest and has the best bedside manner of any provider I've ever met.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience. I went into my appointment feeling incredibly anxious, but Alyssa immediately put me at ease. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and even helped me properly calculate my cycle, which allowed me to complete my lab work and ultrasound the very same day. I learned so much during this visit, and I left feeling informed instead of overwhelmed. I'm also someone who gets very anxious with needles, but she was amazing. She was gentle, efficient, and kept talking to me throughout the blood draw, which helped distract me and kept me calm. It made such a difference. This was also my first transvaginal ultrasound, and I was nervous about what to expect. Alyssa walked me through every step of the procedure, checked in with me throughout to make sure I was comfortable, and was incredibly compassionate. There were moments when I felt emotional or didn't fully understand something, and she reassured me with so much kindness and patience. I never felt rushed or dismissed. From start to finish, I felt genuinely cared for. Fertility can be such an emotional journey, and it's reassuring to know that I have a team I can trust to support me every step of the way. I truly feel like I'm in the best hands, and I'm so grateful I found CCRM. I look forward to continuing my journey with them.
