My provider had an incredibly welcoming attitude from the moment she walked into the room. She made me feel safe, comfortable, and answered all questions that I had even giving me more options that I hadn't considered previously. I have had terrible experiences with previous providers due to my time in the military and she completely shifted my perspective and experience with 1 visit. I will definitely be back to see her again!

The staff is always so friendly and welcoming! The nurse aid is always nice, happy, and comforting. Dr Allen is truly amazing! From all my office visits to my C-section and my continued care for 5 months postpartum. She made me feel seen and cared for. She is warm, comforting, and so knowledgeable. She takes her time and just cares—it shows!

She attended the University of Central Florida for her Bachelors of Science in Biology followed by a Masters in Medical Sciences with a focus in Women’s Health from the University of South Florida. She earned her degree as a Doctor of Osteopathy from Kansas City University College of Osteopathic Medicine. During that time she joined the United States Air Force and did an internship in Internal Medicine followed by an Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) in Colton, California.
Dr. Allen is a lifelong advocate for women’s health and takes pride in serving the women in the community where she was raised. What she loves the most is the relationship she is able to build and maintain throughout a woman’s life. She understands the sensitive nature of women’s health and the delicate balance of listening and providing individualized care to every woman.
In her spare time, she enjoys entertaining and spending time with her family and friends, trying new restaurants, and traveling.
