Dr. Amber Murphy Mack is amazing. She Understands HRT and how it affects bone density and all theo the aspects of it. I and previously seen Dr. Kimberly Shepherd ạt AVINA and she refused to learn about or precribe HRT so i left the practice for 2 years but those providers retired. Please invest in an EMR System that is better to use. And see if you can find a way to tie your EMR system to EPIC and the other health systems in our city. So much information is not getting translated between our providers it causes fragmented care. I used an AI engine and loaded my past 2 years of labs and brought it in by paper that they could scan. These systems need to be able to talk together without the patient using paper to get the info between doctors in this digital age. Thank you. She was amazing. She was current on modern practices, great bedside manner and I am looking forward to having her in my life for a long time hoping she doesn’t move or retire.
Dr. Murphy Mack always listens and takes my concerns seriously. She always has great advice, and helped me discover that I have endometriosis. If she hadn’t taken me seriously I might still be trying to figure out why I was having pain.
