Parts of the day felt really rushed. It would have been nice to have a little more explanation on a couple things.
Good image, good sounds and satisfying with Amy's answer concerning my preoccupation.
Long wait time, but very fast once I was called back.

Overall I've been very happy with CCRM, my medical staff is attentive and very kind. My only comment is with the number of patients that you manage I don't feel like you have enough medical staff to fully support them. I know how hard the teams work to be responsive and timely but it still felt like it was difficult to get a hold of them at times. I want to be very clear I do not feel like this is at all reflective of the staffs ability to provide excellent care, I always received communication and updates from the team and they never made me feel rushed when they called with updates which I really appreciate. I just know providing the level of care they do takes time and required me to be mindful of follow ups if I felt it was necessary. I also want to be careful with my feedback because I understand that things might feel very urgent to me, when in reality it's not as urgent as I might think.
