CCRM Fertility of Minneapolis

Overall I've been very happy with CCRM, my medical staff is attentive and very kind. My only comment is with the number of patients that you manage I don't feel like you have enough medical staff to fully support them. I know how hard the teams work to be responsive and timely but it still felt like it was difficult to get a hold of them at times. I want to be very clear I do not feel like this is at all reflective of the staffs ability to provide excellent care, I always received communication and updates from the team and they never made me feel rushed when they called with updates which I really appreciate. I just know providing the level of care they do takes time and required me to be mindful of follow ups if I felt it was necessary. I also want to be careful with my feedback because I understand that things might feel very urgent to me, when in reality it's not as urgent as I might think.

Everyone is so pleasant, kind, and patient. It makes the world of difference when going through infertility. I never leave feeling like just a number.

I got the information I needed so far.

Proud of my first appointment with Dr. Berger. I felt like she listened to my concerns with my prior experience with my former IVF Clinic. She took the time to understand the history and make a plan for us going forward. I have always felt heard by her. She’s a very competent and knowledgeable physician.
