Everyone was very kind and helped calm my anxiety down. It was all very organized.
I felt listened to, although the app was a little weird to set up. Dr. Batcheller got me in same day to do an ultrasound which was simply amazing. I am very grateful to her.
Dr. Kohlmeier was prepared with a plan and is always so warm and caring, remembering details I wouldn’t expect a doctor to.
The level of professionalism is top notch. Dr. Batcheller takes time to listen and answer all questions that I have each time I have had an appointment with her.
All of the nursing staff and doctor were so friendly, calming, and answered all of our questions. Our transfer seemed to have gone flawlessly and we just appreciate the care we get from the team. It's been great since we've started working with them all in 2024 and this was our second transfer. Now, hopes are that the outcome is the same as the first!
