I absolutely love Dr. Parson and have 100% confidence in her care. However, my appointment was at 3:15 pm and I was not brought back to see her until 4:30 pm. Just as your physicians’ time is valuable, so is your patients’ time. Please determine a way to be on time and respectful of your patients’ time as well as your physicians!
