Dr. Madde was in surgery and my appointment was being cancelled. I explained I was already in the office and uncomfortable. The team immediately worked to fit me in with Dr. Besser. Dr. Besser had not scene me in over 5 years. He immediately made me feel welcome and comfortable. After my exam, he asked me to come back to his office where he asked me if I had any additional questions or concerns.
