Friendly staff, and incredibly knowledgeable staff! Dr. Bicher listened to my medical issue and concern about its impact. After an exam, she came up with two options to treat my medical issue and explained both options fully so that I could understand the impact of the options and the possible results. Dr. Bicher calmly answered all my questions and let me know what the next steps would be once I decided which option I would choose. I felt that Dr. Bicher was not only showed her compassion to my issue but showed her immense knowledge on women's health!

I had an excellent experience during my recent visit and could not be more satisfied with the care I received. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, pleasant, and extremely helpful. Everyone was professional, kind, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Dr. Bicher was outstanding. She was incredibly patient with all of my questions and took the time to thoroughly explain my upcoming surgery, including the potential risks and benefits. What I appreciated most was how clearly she presented the different surgical options available to me and provided thoughtful recommendations while ensuring I understood each option. She was gentle, compassionate, and highly knowledgeable. As someone who was feeling quite anxious about the procedure, I was especially impressed by her ability to address my concerns and ease my anxiety. She never rushed the appointment and made sure I felt informed and confident in the decisions regarding my care. I left the appointment feeling reassured, educated, and well-prepared for my upcoming surgery. I am truly grateful for the exceptional care provided by both the doctor and her staff, and I would highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking knowledgeable and compassionate medical care.

Dr. Bicher and her staff always treat me with courtesy and respect. Dr. Bicher is warm, caring and definitely the best gynecological surgeon anyone could ask for. She's kept me alive for 12 years now because she pays full attention to me and my situation and addresses issues expeditiously as needed.
The facility was lovely, reception was kind and welcoming. Dr. Bicher spent a considerable amount of time listening to my concerns, discussing my family history and laying out a plan of action. Her bedside manner is warm and respectful.
Dr. Bicher is incredibly thorough and thoughtful with her responses and path of care. She makes me feel reassured even as I am going through a difficult and scary time in my life.
