Communication and great bedside
Dr. Bicher is highly qualified, compassionate, and has helped me through my cancer journey. She has a great staff that helps you navigate appointments, CT scans and everything you never knew you needed.
I had an excellent consultation and I was able to schedule my surgery the same day as my appointment.
The only reason was the wait. I arrived at 10 am for my 10:30 appointment, as suggested. However we were not led in until 11:15 am and we had to wait some more. Dr. Bicher is very competent, professional and put you at ease with her demeanor and explanation of your health situation.
It was timely for the discomfort I was in. And she called in a script after it which was helpful, though I ended up paying out of pocket cuz your office didn’t approve a scrpit that would be covered.
Dr. Bicher took her time to explain thoroughly my situation (ovarian cyst).
Dr. Bicher is the best doctor I’ve ever seen. She is thorough, empathetic, kind and explains everything in great detail
